Tony Okonmah

Tony Okonmah is a Legal Practitioner, Chartered Secretary and Administrator, Chartered Tax Practitioner, Arbitrator, Notary Public and a Corporate Governance and Compliance Practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (B.sc), Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Master of laws (LLM) of the University of Lagos. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D at the Leads University Ibadan, Oyo State.

Tony is a governance expert, fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), member of its Governing Council, and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. He is a member of the Nigeria and International Bar Associations. (NBA&IBA), member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators London and Nigeria (ACI.Arb), member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), member of the Negotiation and Conflict Management Group (NCMG) and the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse.

Tony had a successful banking career that spanned over 25 years covering Commercial, Retail and Mortgage Banking. He rose to the position of Assistant General Manager/Company Secretary and Legal Adviser before joining Stonio Limited
