Benedicta Ovoke Sadare, FCIS, is a seasoned Chartered Secretary/Administrator/Governance Practitioner with over 27 years of diverse experience spanning various Industries, including communication, consumer markets, energy, construction and financial services. An active member of ICSAN, serving on its Governing Council and currently, the Chairman of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.
Benedicta is the Managing Partner of S. E. NOMUOJA & CO., a firm founded by her father – Chief S.E. NOMUOJA, Nigeria's pioneering indigenous Chartered Secretaries & Administrators firm, independent of auditor or lawyer affiliations. She upholds values of integrity, accountability and excellence. She mentors aspiring Chartered Secretaries and advocates for their professional growth while actively contributing to the advancement of the profession and the Institute.
