Babatunde Pelewura, MBA, FCIB, FCIS, FERP, FITD, FIMC, CMC, CMS, LDS, MNIM, ACS.

Educated at the London School of Accountancy, Old Bailey London, UK (1980 - 1982), Babatunde Pelewura was Executive Director (Governance & Compliance) at Global Mandate Consulting Ltd, spent a total of 27 years in the Banking Sector. Worked as Financial Analyst, Head of Discountable Instruments Unit of Treasury Department, Risk Management, Credit and Marketing Departments at the defunct International Merchant Bank (IMB), worked for UBA Asset Management Ltd from 1998 for 12 years and retired as Regional Manager (North) in 2010.
A Chartered Banker (FCIB), Licensed Practising Chartered Secretary and Administrator (FCIS), Babatunde holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabar and he is a full Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered NIM). Babatunde wrote and passed the qualifying examinations of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and was inducted as an Associate (ACS) on 27th February, 2020. A Fellow of the Enterprise Risk Management Professional (FERP), A Fellow of the Institute of Training & Development (FITD), Babatunde teaches Corporate Governance, Corporate Secretaryship and Corporate Law for qualifying examinations of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). He is a Council Member at ICSAN and was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Institute for 4 years and currently the Chairman of the Implementation Monitoring Committee (IMC) of ICSAN.
Kasali Babatunde Pelewura is CEO at Golden Tees Nigeria Limited (a Company engaged in Financial Advisory Services, Training & Manpower Development, Board Audit & Evaluation and Company Secretarial Services).
Kasali Babatunde Pelewura is the author of a book titled: 3Ps of Corporate Governance: Principles, Policies & Practices, published by University Press Plc in March, 2023.
