Introduction
The 2018 Code of Corporate Governance makes provision for entities to carry out a Corporate Governance Audit and Board Evaluation. This is necessary in order to ensure that companies are complying with Corporate Governance principles which are essential for the sustainability and well-being of the entity
ICSAN is a major contributor to the Code of Corporate Governance and as such, the Institute is pleased to build capacity in all professionals and those who are desirous of acquiring knowledge in carrying out Corporate Governance Audit and Board Evaluation.
