vii. To initiate and implement membership welfare and engagement programmes.
viii. Responsible for sourcing sponsorship of events of the Institute.
ix. Responsible for sourcing for adverts in the Institute’s Journal and Conference Brochure.
x. Prepare and submit to the DR Operations an annual budget estimate of expected subscription income from existing members.
xi. Develop and implement debt recovery measures.
xii. Responsible for any assignment given by the Registrar/CEO or the Governing Council or the Line Manager.
First degree in relevant course, Member of ICSAN with five (5) years of work experience Deputy Registrar, Operations
2 Education officer 3 i. Responding to enquires on student registrations, examinations and lectures
ii. Liaising with outstation in respect of student registration
iii. Drafting MoU / Linkage Agreement for the Institute’s Linkage arrangements.
iv. Vetting and processing manual applications submitted by the students based on the special request
v. Assisting in development of Curriculum for the Institute’s collaboration programmes
vi. Assist the Assistant Registrar (Academic) to co-ordinate and plan students’ activities.
vii. Assisting in examination supervision
viii. Assisting in Preparing examination attendance register, photocards and examination dockets for
registered students.
ix. Providing support to new and old students on how to make payment, update their profile and register
for the Institute’s examination.
x. Managing the department’s email account.
xi. Providing support at Committee meetings
xii. Responsible for any assignment given by the Registrar/CEO or Line Manager

3 Account officer 1 i. Receiving and Lodging cash and cheques daily.
ii. Writing of receipts and invoices for students/members and prospective attendees for
training/workshop.
iii. Managing of Imprest System
iv. Preparation of Payment vouchers and writing of cheques
v. Analyzing sales receipts using an Excel spreadsheet.
vi. Managing the payment methodology and remittances of Pension/NSITF /PAYE.
vii. Responsible for any assignment given by the Registrar/CEO or Line Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain CEOs’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
