The course emphasises strategic management, which fosters the capacities for strategic thinking and the formulation of effective leadership tactics to assist the strategic planning function. It talks about how a leader assumes the duties of carrying out new strategies. A good strategic plan can be implemented in the real world with the help of this training programme.

The programme is to take place at Kenya Institute of Management, Mombasa Kenya on the 19^th to 23^rd June, 2023. There are two payment options :

1. Participants willing to cater for their respective accommodations and flight are expected to pay Nine-Hundred and Forty Thousand Naira (N 940,000) for Members of ICSAN and One million and Forty thousand Naira (N 1,040,000) for N0n-Members of ICSAN. • Participants who would like Institute to help with their accommodations and flight are expected to pay One million, Eight Hundred and Thirty-five thousand Naira (=N= 1,835,000) for ICSAN Members and One Million, Nine hundred and Thirty -Five thousand Naira Only (=N= 1,935,000) for Non-Members of ICSAN. The payment covers Visa processing, Training, training materials, facilitation, certificates, Breakfast and Lunch ONLY and a One (1) day Excursion in Mombasa.

Answer: The visa processing fee for those interested in the Institute offering assistance is One hundred and Two dollars ($102) and processing time is Three (3) to Four (4) days.
