1 –Mr. Adeyinka Hassan FCIS.

Dr. Hassan is an experienced and multi-disciplined Lawyer with demonstrable history of working in the Financial Services Industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Management, Leadership, Corporate Governance and Business Advisory. He is a strong Business Administration Professional with a PhD in Business Administration focused on Enterprise Governance from Babcock University. Dr. Hassan is an Alumnus of London South Bank University in the United Kingdom, where he bagged an M.sc with Distinction in Corporate Governance, specializing in Financial Services Regulations. He graduated from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso in 2002, where he obtained a Master Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing Management.

Dr. Hassan obtained Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1994 and 1999 respectively. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Administration and the Institute of Directors, Nigeria. Dr. Hassan is also a certified Trainer by the International Finance Corporation (World Bank) and the Centre for International Private Enterprise, Washington DC which qualifies him to be on the training faculty of ICSAN and IoD.

Dr. Hassan is a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.

2 – Andy Aniedi Sunday Amos, FCIS

Mr. Andy Aniedi Sunday Amos is the past Chairman of ICSAN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter. He is a graduated of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma with a degree in Business Administration. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and a Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration from Michael Okpara University, Umudike, Abia State. He is a member of many professional bodies including, Fellow of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (FCIS), an Associate Member of Institute of Financial Accountants, London (AFA), a Graduate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and he also holds a Professional Diploma in Corporate and Public Administration. 

Mr. Aniedi Sunday Amos is the immediate past Chairman of ICSAN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter. At present, Aniedi is a Director of Administration at ITF and also the Chairman of Dukandid Concepts, a firm of Company Secretarial Practice. Prior to his present appointment, he worked for many years with Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria in different capacities. 

Mr. Andy Amos is currently the Vice Chairman of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN), Akwa Ibom State Chapter. He served as the Secretary of APBN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter between June 2016 to June 2018.

  • Coordinated the reactivation of ICSAN, Rivers State Chapter, recruitment of staff and establishment of examination center in Rivers State.
  • Coordinated the setting up of ICSAN office and establishment of examination center in Enugu.
  • Initiated the Building and furnishing of the 1st lecture Theater at ICSAN National Secretariat.
  • Initiated visit and establishment of relationship between ICSAN and EXXON Mobil as well as Chevron.
  • Play a pivotal role in marketing and propagating the ideals of ICSAN

Aniedi is a member of the highest socio-cultural group in Ibibio Land, that is, Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio and a member of Uyo Club respectively.

Mr. Amos is a Jerusalem Pilgrim (JP). He is happily married to Barrister (Mrs.) Idorenyin Aniedi Sunday, a lawyer and an Associate Counsel with Ministry of Justice, Akwa Ibom State and the marriage is blessed with three children.

3 – Babatunde Pelewura, FCIS

Distinguished Council Members & Great Members of the Institute, I am Kasali Babatunde Pelewura, PGDM, MBA, FCIS, FCIB, MNIM, ACS, MITD, a year 2000 Fellow of the Institutes (ICSA, London, UK and ICSAN) and a 2007 Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (UK & Nigeria). I was educated at the London School of Accountancy, (LSA) Old Bailey, London (1980 – 1982), obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management

(PGDM) at the Bayero University Kano (1994), a Masters in Management fro

Calabar (UNICAL) and the Lagos Business School (2001).     I am also a Chartered Stockbroker having qualified as Associate in 2020.

A Certified Advanced Trainer by CMD, Nigeria (2016). A Certified Trainer by ICSAN (2021). A Certified Shorthand Writer at world speed of 120 words a minute (1973).

I have traversed the Accounting firm and the Banking industry for upwards of thirty years, having worked with Peat, Marwick, Ani Ogunde Chartered Accountants as Company Secretary (North) in Kano (1982 – 1983), International Merchant Bank Limited (IMB), as Financial Analyst, Credit Administrator & Head of Discountable Instruments Unit, Treasury Department (1983 – 1993), Crown Merchant Bank Limited, as Branch Manager, Kano (1993 – 1996), UBA Capital & Trust Limited, from 1998 retiring in 2010 in Abuja as Regional Manager (North).

I served as General Manager from 2013 and was appointed Executive Director (Governance & Compliance) in 2016 in Global Mandate Consulting Ltd, resigning my Executive Director’s position in February 2019 to remain a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

I run a Lecture Centre in a congenial environment in Abuja, solely, for preparing students for the qualifying examinations of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, where I teach three (3) of the six (6) Courses we offer: Corporate Governance, Corporate Secretaryship and Corporate Law. The Centre has consistently recorded high success rate. At the December, 2021 examinations, the Centre produced twelve (12) Chartered Secretaries and many others passed different subjects with a student (a lawyer, Major James Umoh) passing the final four papers at one sitting.

I am a Faculty Member of the Institute’s Fasttrack Programme serving as Board Advisor. I am a Faculty Member of the Institute’s Governance Audit and Board Evaluation Training Programme where I have presented training papers for Prospective Board Evaluators that the Institute trained.

I am a privileged two-term Chairman of the five (5) Members Committee of the Audit & Risk Management with our mandate being strictly and objectively pursued for the good of the Institute. My Committee’s annual performance evaluation has not been lower than 92%.

Ihave been privileged to have been invited and have joined both the past and current 28th President on many National assignments of the Institute including to the National Assembly of Nigeria. I have also been a member of a team of three (3) engaged by the Institute (ICSAN) to carry out Board Evaluation of a public company on its behalf (2021). The assignment was successfully carried out.

I am currently the CEO of Golden Tees Nigeria Limited, a company engaged in Business and Financial AdvisoryServices, Trainingand Manpower Development, Board Induction, Governance Audit, Board Evaluation and Company Secretarial Services.

I have energy, drive, commitment and enthusiasm to continue to serve, which is why I am seeking the members’ votes (all our members) to get re-elected to Council.

I am a multi-skilled professional, a Lawyer, Governance Professional, Management Consultant and Outsourcing Adviser, with over three decades of experience in Law, Administration & Education Management, organizational capacity building, business development, training and advocacy in Nigeria.

I have garnered my wealth of experience working with and through local structures and systems, including government departments, businesses, and communities on Law, Governance and Strategy. I have trained, and coached stakeholders at all levels, including community organizations, government officials, and small businesses in communities on economic development and empowerment projects.

I am well-versed in project design, management, and monitoring of donor-funded projects. I provide Research, Evaluation, Needs Assessment, Assessment, M & E consultancy services including EU/World Bank projects on Governance reforms in Nigeria. I have trained under the auspices of the World Bank on Education Management and a Life Coach under the auspices of WomenLead Institute USA.

I am the PrincipalPartner in Samuel J. O. & Associates (a Law Firm); a Managing Partner in Lewis Partners Consulting (a Management Consulting firm); Founder/CEO Development Support Institute (DSI) Ltd/Gte (an NGO). I also serve on the Council of a number of professional bodies including, Association of Outsourcing Professionals of Nigeria (AOPN) and the Institute of Social Workers of Nigeria (ISOWN) and a current serving member of the Council of ICSAN.

5 – Lynda Onefeli, FCIS

LYNDA ONEFELI LLM, FCIS

Lynda Onefeli, a passionate professional who is people and result oriented. She is the Principal of Veritas Solicitors and the CEO of Veritas Acreage, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).  A Fellow of the Institute since 2008, Lynda is a past Chairman of ICSAN Lagos State Chapter, has served the Institute in various positions over time. She served as the Assistant Secretary of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria [APBN] Lagos State Chapter in 2009 and was elected as its Chairman in 2018 making her its 1st female Chairman. Lynda currently serves on the Board of several companies and has attended several local and international courses including the Programme on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School and is an International Finance Corporation (IFC) certified Corporate Governance Trainer.
