Mr. Andy Aniedi Sunday Amos is the current Chairman of ICSAN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter. He is a graduated of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma with a degree in Business Administration. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and a Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration from Michael Okpara University, Umudike, Abia State. He is a member of many professional bodies including, Fellow of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (FCIS), an Associate Member of Institute of Financial Accountants, London (AFA), a Graduate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and he also holds a Professional Diploma in Corporate and Public Administration. 

Mr. Aniedi Sunday Amos is the immediate past Chairman of ICSAN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter. He is a graduated of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma with a degree in Business Administration. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and a Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration from Michael Okpara University, Umudike, Abia State. He is a member of many professional bodies including, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (FCIS), an Associate Member of Institute of Financial Accountants, London (AFA), a Graduate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and he also holds a Professional Diploma in Corporate and Public Administration. 

At present, Aniedi is a Director of Administration at ITF and also the Chairman of Dukandid Concepts, a firm of Company Secretarial Practice. Prior to his present appointment, he worked for many years with Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria in different capacities. 

Mr. Andy Amos is currently the Vice Chairman of the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN), Akwa Ibom State Chapter. He served as the Secretary of APBN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter between June 2016 to June 2018.

Contributions to ICSAN:

  • Immediate past Chairman of ICSAN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter.
  • Former Member, ICSAN National Executive Committee (EXCO).
  • Former Member, Membership and Branch Liaison Committee.
  • Former Member, Visitation Committee.
  • Fund Mobilizer for ICSAN events.
  • Initiator of ICSAN Students’ forum.
  • Initiator of ICSAN Linkage program with Babcock University.
  • Initiated and implemented ICSAN foreign workshops.
  • Coordinated the setting up of ICSAN office, recruitment of staff and establishment of examination center in Benin City, Edo State.
  • Initiated the establishment of ICSAN, Akwa Ibom State Chapter.
  • Coordinated the reactivation of ICSAN, Rivers State Chapter, recruitment of staff and establishment of examination center in Rivers State.
  • Coordinated the setting up of ICSAN office and establishment of examination center in Enugu.
  • Initiated the Building and furnishing of the 1st lecture Theater at ICSAN National Secretariat.
  • Initiated visit and establishment of relationship between ICSAN and EXXON Mobil as well as Chevron.
  • Play a pivotal role in marketing and propagating the ideals of ICSAN

Manifesto

If elected into this noble Council, my plan contributions to the Institute are:

  • Work with other Council members to realize proper listing of ICSAN qualification in the scheme of service of the federation.
  • Ensure the actualization of ICSAN linkage program with University of Uyo, Obong University, Ritman University and Michael Okpara University.
  • Work with other Council members to see ICSAN repositioned as a highly regarded Institute and premium brand.
  • Support the attainment of ICSAN’s vision: “To be the foremost professional Institution in the country in the area of corporate and public governance administration.”
  • Utilize visibility, knowledge, network and influence gained in the course of my career to add value to the Institute’s activities.
  • Showcase ICSAN as an Institute that promotes diversity at leadership level.
  • Support management to ensure strategic objectives of the Institute are implemented.
  • Use my vast network and experience to support Institute’s consultancy department.
  • Continue to play a pivotal role in marketing and propagating the ideals of ICSAN in Nigeria.
  • Continue to mobilize fund for ICSAN events.
  • Continue in my passion for service and quest of taking ICSAN to an enviable height in Nigeria.

Aniedi is a member of the highest socio-cultural group in Ibibio Land, that is, Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio and a member of Uyo Club respectively.

Mr. Amos is a Jerusalem Pilgrim (JP). He is happily married to Barrister (Mrs.) Idorenyin Aniedi Sunday, a lawyer and an Associate Counsel with Ministry of Justice, Akwa Ibom State and the marriage is blessed with three children.
